The Asus Eee PC 1000HE is a netbook from Asus’ 10-inch series. It comes in four custom styles designed with cutting-edge Infusion casing technology, incorporating an infusion surface with inlaid motifs for resilience, scratch free casing that will withstand time. The Asus Eee PC 1000HE comes in six colour options; Pearl White, Black, Blue, Golden, Pink and SIlver. It weighs approximately 1.45 kg and measures 266 mm x 191.2 mm x 28.5 ~ 38 mm (W x D x H) in dimension.

The Asus Eee PC 1000HE can run on either a genuine Windows XP Home that is pre-installed with Microsoft Office Home and Student 2007 60 day trial, or GNU Linux.
