The G50Vt is a gaming notebook that aims to provide users with optimal graphics performance by combining features with graphics power in an industrial design. The notebook is powered by the NVIDIA® GeForce® 9800M GS 512 MB GDDR3 graphics card with CUDA™ Technology that handles challenging 3D games and delivers GPU accelerated PhysX™ gaming effects. GeForce with CUDA also brings games to life in immersive 3D, transcodes videos up to 20x faster and delivers a fast, and smooth image processing experience.
The G50Vt features a Super Hybrid Engine that allows users to overclock the Intel® Core®2 Duo processor P8400 to cater to the demanding power up for gaming experience. The notebook also features a 2 megapixel camera, built-in Altec Lansing speakers with audio output that is compliant with Dolby Home Theater and High Definition Audio sounds and built-in microphone. These features allow users to stay in contact with friends and family via chat or video conferencing when connected to the Internet (via the IEEE802.11 draft-n wirelss connectivity) wherever they may be. The Bluetooth® connectivity also provides users with the means to synchronise files like photos, video and more with compatible devices.
