Well, let’s just hope, whatever the reason might be, that there will be a new Mac soon.

Toshiba’s Satellite L450 Laptop

On this beautiful morning, we were wondering on what to deliver today since news of laptops seem scarce these days. Looking around, we came upon Toshiba’s laptop, the Satellite L450. The laptop has a 15.6-inch Tru Brite Crystal Clear display that makes everything you view appear really good. There’s an integrated web cam above the screen with Toshiba’s Face Recognition technology. The laptop features a dual core AMD processor, 3GB RAM, 250GB hard disk drive and a DVD writer.

This Toshiba laptop performs quite well and we like the fact that it works on Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium. We all know how good of an operating system is Windows 7 and to have it on a laptop that runs well is like icing on the cake.

Basically, the Satellite L450 is for those who are looking to purchase a laptop worth its price. Not that, we like laptops which are not worth their price but let’s face it, there are laptops in that criteria.

The Arrival of 12-inch Netbooks

Do you still remember a time when there were no netbooks around? We must have been like 2 or 3 years younger then. Though the time might seem near but it now seems like ages since netbooks were brought into this world.

We remember when netbooks burst into the scene some time back, gadget freaks were excited about this mini laptop that they can carry with them everywhere. On top of that, these netbooks came with wireless connection that allowed its owners to use them in places where Wi-Fi was available. A netbook is basically what a laptop is but in mini-size, with lesser features, lower performance level and not forgetting, a cheaper price.

Netbooks first came with 7-inch screens which eventually grew to 9-inch screens. Now, the standard size for a netbook display is 10-inch. Recently emerging into the market are the arrivals of new 12-inch models which somehow is within the border line of the difference between a netbook and a laptop. With this in mind, we continue to stand by and watch the technology around us evolving as fast as lightning.
