Dell has recently announced the latest release of its Inspirion R series. The Inspirion R series are consumer laptops that include the Inspiron models 13R, 14R, 15R, 17R and M501R models. All of these Inspirion R notebooks come equipped with Intel Core i3 or i5 processors, along with optional ATI dedicated graphics, memory capability of up to 8GB of DDR3 memory, storage space of up to 640GB. They all work on the Windows 7 operating system.
Other built-in features include Wi-Fi connectivity, media card readers and SRS Premium sound. In terms of exterior enclosure, the Inspiron R series comes with brushed metal finishes together with chrome accents and smudge resistant palm rests, while it is also available in variety type of colors such as black, blue, red and pink. The Inspiron R series are now available in Australia and New Zealand, while its pricing and availability in the United States is still unknown.
