The Dell Latitude XFR D 630 is a light-weight widescreen laptop computer designed with desert tan or coal black coloured enclosure along with the new Intel Santa Rosa Core 2 Duo T7500 technology that comes with a 2.20 GHz, Mobile Intel GM965 Express chipset, 64-bit processor, 2 MB Cache, plus it has 800 MHz data bus speed. Its configuration also includes a 120 GB hard drive (Serial ATA-150 with up to 5400 rpm), along with 1 GB of DDR2 SDRAM (4 GB maximum).
