The Gateway LT2030U is a mini computer that comes with features such as a genuine Windows 7 Starter Edition operating system, an Intel Atom Processor, a 10.1 inch LED backlit display, multi gesture touch pad and a 250 GB hard disk drive. It can be used to keep you connected while you’re on the move to check email, communicate with friends, share photos, chat via webcam and for entertainment purposes.

It comes pre-loaded with a genuine Windows 7 Starter Edition operating system and operates on an Intel Atom Processor N270 (1.6 GHz, 533 MHz FSB, 512 KB L2 Cache). In addition to that, the Gateway LT2030U also incorporates a Mobile Intel 945 GSE Express Chipset as well as an Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 950 graphics card. There is also an SD high brightness LED backlit display that measures 10.1 inches diagonally with a WSVGA resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels. In terms of system memory, the Gateway LT2030U has 1024 MB of DDR2 SDRAM with a speed of 533 MHz single channel memory. As for storage space, the Gateway LT2030U comes with a built-in SATA hard disk drive that has up to 250 GB of capacity available to users. In terms of design, the Gateway LT2030U sports a classic and elegant chassis that ensures ultra-usability and accented by a high-polish finish. The Gateway LT2030U is available in a nightsky black or cherry red finish. The Gateway LT2030U is powered by a 6 cell Lithium Ion battery that has a capacity of 5200 mAh. Alternatively, it can also be powered using direct current via its provided AC adapter. Not only that, the Gateway LT2030U is also Wi-Fi certified and complies to 802.11 b/g wireless standards. Besides that, the Gateway LT2030U also comes pre-installed with applications software including Microsoft Works, Microsoft Money Essentials, Microsoft Office Home and Student 2007 (60 day complimentary trial period). On the body of the Gateway LT2030U, there are three USB 2.0 ports and a VGA connector. In terms of input methods, the Gateway LT2030U includes a full keyboard and a multi gesture touchpad that allows you to flick, swirl and pinch your fingers across it to intuitively navigate web pages, media libraries, photos, spreadsheets and more. There is also a multi in 1 digital media card reader that is compatible with Memory Stick, Memory Stick Pro, MultiMediaCard, Secure Digital and xD Picture Card memory cards. Not only that, the Gateway LT2030U is also 10/ 100 Ethernet LAN capable with an RJ 45 LAN port. Besides that, the Gateway LT2030U also comes with a Norton Internet Security 2009 (60 day trial) and Gateway Recovery Management feature for security purposes. In terms of sound features, the Gateway LT2030U incorporates high definition audio support, built-in speakers, microphone, and headphone (with Dolby Headphone Technology)/ speaker/ line-out jack.The Gateway LT2030U comes under a 1 year parts and labour limited warranty.
