
The MSI GT627 is a notebook geared towards gamers without the need to burn a hole in their pockets. The notebook is powered by Intel® Centrino® 2 technology processor and sports a 15.4 inch TFT-LCD widescreen display with Turbo Drive Engine Technology, which allows user to increase the speed of the CPU by initiating the turbo button above the keyboard.
The notebook also features ECO Engine Power Management System, and provides gamers with optimal graphics performance via the NVIDIA Geforce 9800M GS 3D Graphic Card (with built-in DDR3 1GB VRAM) support, a 7.1 Channel Dolby® sound system and HDMI (High-Definition Multimedia Interface) output which allows users to experience their games on high definition via its optical drive on an external HDTV or monitor. The notebook also features a built-in 2.0 mega pixel webcam which allows users to stay in contact with friends and family via video conferencing or chat through its 802.11 b/g/n Wireless LAN connectivity. The notebook supports Windows Vista® Home Premium operating system (with upgrade options to Windows Vista® Business). The input and output on this notebook includes one Graphics Card Output (15-pin, D-Sub), two USB2.0 ports, microphone-in, headphone-out, modem port, LAN port, PCI Express Card, eSATA (USB Combo) and an HDMI output. The notebook can be powered by either a 90W AC adaptor or a 6 or 9 cell battery.
